It was a fantastic stay in a Cartagena vacation, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Pleasant hotel, with courteous personnel. Plenty of food at the delicious and incredibly nice breakfast. Beautiful location in a great area not far from Old City, the restaurant and breakfast and A short walk to the Clock Tower Plaza...

The breakfast featured delicious croissants and freshly squeezed juice, and the staff were incredibly friendly. the hotel is situated in a fantastic location, right in the Walled City and just steps away from everything.

Staff were good and helpful and did their best for guests.

Reception staff did not understand nor know how to go about processing online bookings from Booked.net. Double-charged me.Could do better to improve their English as well.

The location was marvellous, just 5 minutes walk from a colonial plaza. The breakfast was incredible and delicious, we were provided with freshly cut fruit and free wifi and fresh squeezed juice. The vibe here was contemporary.

The breakfast here is really good, you get fresh fruit and squeezed juice which is delicious 🍊. It's totally worth it!

The hotel is beautiful designed. It’s a good spot for honeymooners. The service experience is wonderful..

There are some inconveniences. And in spite the beauty of the ambiance, the hotel have very noise rooms. I stayed at the 6th floor. And it gets very, very noise. I could not get a good rest, because these rooms are at the hallway of the pool, so all day long there is people going in and out of this area. The noise also comes from the outside, and you get to hear absolutely all the street noise, so you have inside and outside noise. Do not pick or accept rooms from the last floor. The other inconvenience, even if you’re on leisure, you probably need to use the internet as I did. But is useless, It does not work.

Its location at a short distance from Marina Park was great and beautiful...

This place has a modern feel with a great view of the old town, and the staff here is exceptionally friendly to all guests.

The location here is superb, just a short walk to restaurants, the historic center, and the beach, and the friendly staff enhance the experience.

The restaurant offers excellent service poolside, where we enjoyed amazing dishes, and the location is convenient, just a short distance from Slipstream Sculpture.

My room was well furnished and spotless, equipped with a private safe, mini-bar, and an iron, plus it was located in a fantastic, central spot.

I greatly enjoyed the superfriendly staff. Absolutely fantastic breakfasts. My superior king room was nicely furnished with multi-channel TV, a study table, and an iPod dock. Marvellous services were available. the facilities were excellent and easy to use.
